Minimal General Requirements for all Programs

For admission to the University of Saskatchewan, you must have a Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Academic stream) as well as at least one additional year of study at a post-secondary institute in your country.

Early Admission

You may apply for admission before you complete your first year of post-secondary study if you submit a current transcript and a list of courses you are currently taking. Conditional admission may be granted in these circumstances.

Transfer Credit

You may be eligible to receive transfer credit towards a degree for courses taken after your first year at post-secondary institutes in your country. To qualify, you must provide a course syllabus to the admissions office for review.

College-Specific Requirements

In addition to the general requirement, you must present required subjects and have achieved a competitive average for your college of choice. The admission average will be based on your first year of post-secondary study. The required subjects for specific colleges must be presented at the post-secondary level. A course description may be requested to determine acceptability for admission purposes.
