There is more to the U of S experience than lectures, labs, books and studying. It’s about balancing your in-class and out-of-class activities… and it’s about having fun! Some of your most memorable experiences will occur as you participate in many of the cultural, social and athletic activities that happen on campus. There are so many opportunities to make lifelong friends, develop new interests, and enrich your university experience—so go ahead… get involved!

Students also have free access to the College of Kinesiology Physical Activity Complex. This state of the art, $33 million facility is equipped with classrooms and labs, a 13,000 square foot fitness centre, a triple gymnasium with 2,500 seats, a running track, dance studio, squash and raquetball courts, and a climbing wall.

Campus Recreation programs are open to all students on campus. Men’s, women’s and co-rec activities range from hockey to innertube basketball to wall climbing. Campus Rec also offers a wide range of sport clubs, special activity passes, and much more.
