Every October, high school students, parents, counsellors and others are invited to spend a day on campus to experience the University of Saskatchewan in full swing. Through interactive sessions and tours, they learn more about the wide variety of programs available at the U of S.
This annual event, called Experience US!, took place on Oct. 13 and 14, 2011, and was a great success.

While your future university student is exploring the programs and services which interest him/her, we are offering you an informative program developed specifically for parents and guardians.
“I liked learning about anticipated occupations and exploring the campus.”
We want to answer your questions and demystify the university experience! Through a number of sessions, campus experts will provide you with information on the University's admission and registration processes, tuition and other expenses, campus life and more!

| 8:15–8:45 a.m. | Arrival & Parking | If you are arriving by private vehicle, proceed to the Stadium Parkade. If you are arriving by charter or school bus, you will be dropped off at the Stadium Parkade. You will be guided over to the PAC before being lead to the St. Thomas More College Cafeteria. |
| 9:00–9:30 a.m. | Parent Check in (STM) | Upon arrival at St. Thomas More College, you will be directed to the registration area where coffee and refreshments will be waiting for you. |
| 9:30–10:00 a.m. | Welcome and introductions | Your MC will welcome you and review the agenda for the day and give a brief introduction to the University of Saskatchewan. |
| 10:00–11:00 a.m. | Recruitment Presentation | Learn all about U of S and what we have to offer |

As a counsellor, teacher or administrator, you play an integral role in the lives of students. You help guide them through their high school experience and help shape their future.
In today’s highly competitive society, the future, for many students, includes a post-secondary education. We want to provide you with information about the U of S to enable you to better assist your students as they explore their university options.
