Jewish and Christian Origins - Minor

Minor or Concentration
A minor or other concentration, such as an option or specialization, is a secondary set of courses that can be completed as you earn a degree in your major area of study.

Study the origins, development and cultural impact of two world religions, Judaism and Christianity, from their beginnings in ancient Israel to the parallel developments of rabbinic Judaism and emergent Christianity subsequent to the first Jewish War of 70 C.E. to Late Antiquity.

This program is coordinated by St. Thomas More College Department of Religion and Culture under the academic authority of the College of Arts and Science and may be completed in conjunction with any degree in another subject area in the College of Arts and Science.
